The Sprint turns the three projects into a focused 90-day implementation programme. There is no equity requirement.
The five-hour strategy meeting is held on Zoom. An in-person meeting is available in Abu Dhabi, London, Miami, New York or Singapore for an additional £5,000.
Kickoff Strategy Meeting
The five-hour kickoff creates the roadmap for the full Sprint. Together we will:
- Review your application and supporting materials.
- Identify your biggest current challenges.
- Define your goals and first milestones.
- Set clear 90-day targets.
- Build strategies for cashflow, capital pipelines and the foundations for a significant exit.
Goal and Task Management
Each week, we will prioritise the actions that move you closer to your target. I will scrutinise your workload and help you delegate, eliminate or accelerate activities so you remain effective, not merely busy. Progress will be managed through clear tasks, deadlines and accountability.
Tracking and Pivoting
We will track results closely, cut what is not working and double down on the activities that create scale and consistent performance. This keeps your time, energy and resources focused on the work most likely to deliver meaningful results.
Post-Sprint Support
After the Sprint, you can continue with ad hoc 30-minute meetings whenever focused support is needed. Subject to availability, exceptional mentees may also be invited to apply for the Annual Mentorship.
